"I've been a fan of Gianfranco Foschino's work for years, and jumped at the chance to create a large-scale environment where his works could float, shimmer, appear and disperse, all centering on the theme of water."

Centro Cultural Matucana 100
Santiago, Chile

This exhibition featured the work of Chilean artist Gianfranco Foschino, organized especially for Matucana’s 15,000 square foot exhibition hall. His mostly video-based work reflects Foschino's ecological concerns in Chile and other remote corners of the globe. The exhibition’s title, Sed (Thirst), references the planet’s growing water-related crises. Part of the exhibition was a public salon for talks, lectures, meetings, films and other public events, under the rubric Centro de Estudios de Agua (CSA).
